Overview

Led the 0-to-1 design and launch of CarAi, a voice assistant for North American car dealerships.
CarAi autonomously handles calls, books appointments, and integrates with CRM/DMS systems—reducing admin work and improving CX. Real-time analytics provide full visibility to help dealerships optimize performance.
